Prior Developments

Toll Brothers City Living (TBCL) launched in 2003 with the acquisition of the Manhattan Building Co., a Hoboken, N.J. -based condominium builder. It entered Philadelphia in 2005 and opened its first Manhattan tower in 2006. Since then, TBCL has completed construction on over 30 buildings totaling almost 3,900 residences with a growing pipeline of future developments.
